As we near the date of your event, we’ll want to make sure we have all details in place. Here’s what we’ll need:
45 Days Prior to Arrival
- Detailed lodging and meeting space needs
- Detailed meals and snacks needs, including special dietary needs
- Certificate of Insurance
- Tax exempt documentation
- Program schedule
14 Days Prior to Arrival
- Finalized number of participants
- Rooming list
Upon arrival, you’ll want to check in with the Cathedral Ridge staff so that we can help you get acquainted with the Center and reserve a bit of time for us to make announcements regarding the facility.
