Hosting an Event

Secular Events at Cathedral Ridge CenterCathedral Ridge warmly hosts events for diverse groups from around Colorado and beyond. We are open year round and can serve gatherings up to 125 in a variety of accommodations: a lodge with hotel style rooms and private baths; two dormitory style bunkhouses; and three 4 bedroom fully equipped cottages. The Center is a place apart for gathering, connecting, celebration, reflection, learning, exploring, and adventure. Our campus offers a low ropes and high ropes challenge course, two outdoor chapels, and a labyrinth.

As we near the date of your event, we’ll want to make sure we have all details in place. Here’s what we’ll need:

45 Days Prior to Arrival

  • Detailed lodging and meeting space needs
  • Detailed meals and snacks needs, including special dietary needs
  • Certificate of Insurance
  • Tax exempt documentation
  • Program schedule

14 Days Prior to Arrival

  • Finalized number of participants
  • Rooming list

Upon arrival, you’ll want to check in with the Cathedral Ridge staff so that we can help you get acquainted with the Center and reserve a bit of time for us to make announcements regarding the facility.
