We wish to provide you and your group with excellent service and attention; to make this the best experience possible, we’ll need to gather a few details regarding your organization and event to check for availability in our facilities.

As we near the date of your event, we’ll want to make sure we have all details in place. Here’s what we’ll need 14 days prior to your arrival:

  • Detailed lodging and meeting space needs

  • Detailed meals and snacks needs, including special dietary needs

  • Certificate of Insurance

  • Tax exempt documentation

  • Program schedule

  • Finalized number of participants

  • Rooming list

Upon arrival, you’ll want to check in with the Cathedral Ridge staff so that we can help you get acquainted with the Center and reserve a bit of time for us to make announcements regarding the facility.
